The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Carter’s Kids Collection Lost Creek Taffy Full Loft Bed with Shelves 3681905P

We purchased a Creekside Taffy Full Size Loft Bed with bookshelves in Summer 2016 from Rooms To Go. The loft bed has a side rail of solid pine which is too low for ducking your head underneath. The side should have been made shorter so to avoid bumping your head. As a result, several people have hit their heads VERY hard and suffered concussions and concussion like symptoms. THis bed has been taken off the website, so I suspect others have had this concern.
