The product, in the report: Manufactuer - Camas Y Mueblas Monterrey Model LTF09 cymfurniture.com 888-491-9966
We had bought 2 sets of metal bunk beds from Aaron’s Furniture in Lafayette Indiana. After having them for about 3 weeks, my 12 yr old son was going to bed one Sunday night when we hear an awful boom from his room and him scream. The top bunk had fallen straight down. He was not hurt thank goodness but I was furious. I called Aaron’s and they came out and said that it was a manufacturer’s problem not theirs even though they put the bed together. They would not replace both sets of bunk beds so they said they would come get them.
