  1. No one hurt

Made Jun 28, 2012, sent to the company Jul 12, 2012, published by CPSC Jul 26, 2012

The product, in the report: Bunk Bed with Staircase and drawers. Expresso stain. Bought from My Pigsty Kids store here in AZ. http://pigstykids.com/view-furniture/boys%20room/bunkbed/700/Caleb%20Staircase%20Twin-Twin%20Bunk%20Bed.html

We bought a bunk bed from Pigsty kids here in Chandler, AZ back in late November early December it was called Caleb Staircase Twin-Twin Bunk Bed. Well we returned the drawers back in February cause the fell apart but they replaced that immediately. But at the end of May my Autistic daughter who is almost 4 came to me and said her bed broke. I went to check it out and sure enough her side rail had snapped into 2 pieces. It looks as if this bed was made with insufficient wood. I took a ton of pics of all the pieces to prove my point. We had the company come and pick it up for a full refund. So all I have are pics but they aren’t refunding our money or even reporting it. We are worried that all the bunk beds made from this company are made this way. There were knots in the wood where it kept cracking. This wood is multiple pieces glued together and then stained painted to keep them together. I don’t know if all of the furniture is made by the same manufacturer but if they are they need to be shut down. I am attaching photo’s to this message through my photobucket so you can clearly see what I am talking about.
