  1. No one hurt

Made Jul 10, 2013, sent to the company Jul 18, 2013, published by CPSC Aug 14, 2013

The product, in the report: # cmBK524ch arched twin espirt cherry finish

plywood that came with the bunk, cannot hold child of 80lbs. They cracked and my son feel through with the mattress, Very cheap plywood. This company was not thinking, OTHER than saving some money for themselves. Very unsafe bunkbed. I purchased from a furniture store in my area and they stated that they would contact the company and they have not done so. They said they could replace with better plywood, but no way those bunkbeds are a death trap. Bunkbeds states it holds up to 150lbs not true. The bottom bunk plywood cracking as well. Those bunks need to be recalled.
