First aid Made Apr 18, 2023, sent to the company Apr 21, 2023, published by CPSC May 5, 2023
The product, in the report: Terrace Floating Wall Frames, dark bronze, size 11x13, weight 3lb 1.6oz
6 terrace floating wall frames size 11x13 were mounted to the wall above my bed. They were secured to the wall appropriately with heavy duty nails and each held a standard 8x12 photo. 3 out of 6 have fallen apart. On 2 of them, the bottom metal frame came apart at the corner joint and were found before the glass fell out. One of them, the bracket that holds it to the wall broke off and the frame fell hitting my headboard breaking the glass. I only had minor scratches from broken glass. My concern is this could have caused serious injury if this over 3lbs of falling glass and metal had landed on my child.
