  1. No one hurt

The product, in the report: Nixplay Seed 8 inch (Wi-Fi)

the device was plugged in to wall and sitting on counter top in the kitchen. our cat jumped off the chair and bumped the plug attached to a 110v receptacle the resulting bump caused the plug to become separated from the two prongs which were still remaining in the wall. (pictures provided) the resulting hazard revealed the electrodes in the receptacle with nothing to protect a person from potential electrocution I carefully removed the prongs without touching the metal and examined the plug and discovered that the way it is designed allowed the prongs that enter the wall socket simply snap in place and could be easily removed with little effort the plug has a UL insignia on it, however, either this is a gross misjudgment of safety on the part of UL or it was simply printed on this device without permission, either way, this plug is unsafe and should be remedied as soon as possible. after examining the plug in greater detail the design is faulty in not preventing live electrodes to remain in the wall for someone to discover unaware of the threat it poses a child or even an adult could easily not recognize the danger and result in a tragedy
