Series 503 Flushmate® III Pressure Assist flushing system in toilet started leaking from the middle of the unit. Sprays water when the water is turned on, looks like the middle of the unit has ruptured somehow. After researching it it looks like my Flushmate was recalled a few years ago due to this exactly issue. Need a replacement Flushmate system so I can use the toilet
