Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Grey potty seat bought from target prince lionheart weepod basix http://m.target.com/p/prince-lionheart-weepod-basix-potty-ring/-/A-15279879

My 4 year old son was going to the bathroom on his wee pod basix potty seat and when he stood up he started screaming. He had a nasty cut on the base of his penis and it was bleeding a lot. My husband and I cleaned him up and took him to the doctor. When we got home I examined the seat and the bottom edge is actually very sharp and just sliced open the very sensitive skin in that area. This has been horribly traumatic for him and could have been so much worse. I hope this problem is addressed. I have read multiple reports of this happening to other little boys as well. http://m.target.com/p/prince-lionheart-weepod-basix-potty-ring/-/A-15279879
