The product, in the report: Replacement toilet seat

Replacement toilet seat cracked in half while in use. Seat was installed five days ago. When it cracked in half I slipped sideways and result was some lower back pain. Could have caused severe pinching of skin or slipping totally to floor. I am of average weight and height @ 211 pounds and six feet tall, so weight was not the issue. Toilet seat is sold at Sams Club under the name “Members Mark Deluxe Toilet Seat” Bar Code 78742 05802. Box info states “Made of High Quality Molded Wood” Country of origin China. Photos of purchase receipt, box, bar code and broken seat available. Returning broken unit to Sams for refund as I have replaced with high quality American made seat.
