On the morning of 8/9/2025, report creator was using the restroom when he leaned back on his toilet seat and the quick release hinges holding the toilet seat down failed. The force slid the toilet seat rapidly forward creating an open space where the report writers penis was smashed between the toilet seat and the toilet. He suffered a contusion on his glans penis and mild bleeding.
