The product, in the report: Coway Bidetmega 200 electric bidet toilettes that uses electric controls and heating and your water supply water to clean user .

I was cleaning my Coway Bidetmega 200 toilet seat and as I was wiping the underside with paper towel I caught my finger on broken edge of this hollow seat and piece broke off into seat and cut my finger. I then discovered electrical wiring on inside this very brittle and thin hollow toilet seat that not only breaks but then exposes user to potential electrical shock. I told manufacturer who said they would give me a discount on a new one of these defective toilet seats . They had already replaced the first one that broke on me about a year earlier with this one that broke and cut me. They had me mail back the original seat to them and now this the second one breaks at same spot and I discover exposed wires not to mention my cut finger from cleaning it. I then when looking online at reviews see others complaining of cracking seats and I called my son who also has this seat and he too is seeing cracks forming on his Coway Bidetmega 200 toilet seat as this appears is a widespread danger to the consumer.
