The product, in the report: See attached photo for product info... 63” vanity with dual vessel sinks.
In December of 2015 my husband and I installed a dual basin bathroom vanity with two tempered glass vessel sinks. On Friday morning my husband was getting ready for work. He turned on the cold water to brush his teeth. When he finished he turned on hot water to shave. He stepped a foot away from the sink to turn on the bathtub when the sink exploded with such force that glass embedded into the wall. He sustained about a dozen minor cuts on his lower legs, and tops of his toes, feet and ankles. The sink was manufactured by the Tub Connection and purchased on Houzz.com.
