The product, in the report: FrankeUSA OSK954-18BX Offset Double Bowl Stainless Steel 33x22in. Topmount Sink

This is a issue about a FrankeUSA OSK954-18BX Offset Double Bowl Stainless Steel 33x22in. Top mount Sink.

It is a shame, because this is a nice looking sink, but there is a major flaw. This sink is a three piece design; two bowl that are pressed seal into the mainframe. It has been my experience that the large left bowl comes apart from the pressed seal and lifts up slightly in the middle of the sink. This happen within 4 to 6 months of use. The real kicker, was this is the second time!!! Yes I received a warranty replacement with no issue, but within a few months, the same defect shows up again. This issue leaves a dangerous condition. This lightly elevated rim acts like a razor blade. My wife and I both cut our finger tips badly (yes, it was bloody) before we realized what was wrong. We had to place a piece of foil tape over the lifted rim to protect our fingers until I could replacement the sink. When I called FrankeUSA Company about this issue, I was told by the representative that this issue only was reported one other time. So I accepted a replacement sink and hoped for the best. Well after this second time around with the same model sink, with all my time, labor and cost of replacing sinks, I can say it will not be a FrankeUSA sink!! I just hope I can get a credit refund to buy another company’s sink that has a one piece design.

I would like to send pictures if there is a way for do this. The upload section of the website is not working for me. My phone # is [REDACTED]. Thanks you for this service. [REDACTED]
