The product, in the report: Flashlight

Brand- Streamlight Make- Strion Serial number- 253603

My daughter took the above flashlight with her when she took a nap on 12/4/2011. Shortly after falling asleep, she woke up because the flashlight caused first and second degree burns on her left hand and left arm. Her dad realized after comforting her that it was the flashlight that caused the burns. He tried handling the flashlight to turn it off, but was not able to do so without using a blanket as the flashlight was too hot to touch without burning him.

A call has been placed to Streamlight, but have not had a response as of this morning at 9:25am central time zone.
