The product, in the report: LED Rechargeable flashlight
The consumer charged the rechargeable flashlight for approximately 90 minutes and unplugged it. When he unplugged it, the flashlight was warm to the touch. Five minutes later, the flashlight exploded and blew fragments about 10’ away, as it burned. It burned some of the paper that it was setting on, on top of his desk. He quickly took the remnants to the bathroom and placed them in the sink.
The smoke was white and acrid, so he opened his window. He also noticed a fine powder substance left on his desk.
He has the remaining pieces in a plastic bag.
