The product, in the report: Olight Warrior Mini 1500lumen flashlight KB0206844. A black flashlight using LED lights and a rechargeable battery. It is about 4” inches in length, small and compact. length 106.5mm /4.19in, bexel diam 23mm/0.91 in, weight 105g/3.7 oz. produced by Dongguan Olight E-Commerce Technology Co. Ltd

Olight Warrior Mini Flashlight KB0206844 created harm and damage to me (the consumer). I contacted company on Tuesday, December 21st. They said there was a safety recall because of a defect; however, I was never notified. Additionally, I looked for the recall and did not find one. The product is an LED flashlight that burned a hole in my jacket, but at the time I did not know what caused it until my sweatshirt caught on fire and the smell of smoke with my asthma caused harm. It was in my pants pocket, and burned a hole straight through my sweatshirt and melted the protective lens of the flashlight in the process. This product could have burned down a car or house, and if on a person could also cause serious burns and possible death if an immediate safety recall is not undertaken. I have photos of the damage and can send upon request.
