The product, in the report: 50 LED flashlight
Purchased a LED flashlight at Home Depot. The flashlight is a 50 LED model made by a company called DEFIANT. The UPC on the package is 2090994039. It is made in China. I inserted the batteries into the flashing as directed (4 AA that were included) and tried to turn the flashlight on. When the flashlight didn’t work, I took the batteries out and was burned on two fingers by two of the batteries that were obviously shorting out in the battery carrier. I tried to insert the batteries several more times with the same results. It is fortunate that I removed the batteries or they may have exploded. I will be returning the flashlight to Home Depot in the next couple of days.
