The product, in the report: The Shade Store as above, this was a corded shade that was installed improperly such as to be a strangulation hazard.

I have a shade installed by the Shade Store. It is a corded shade that is supposed to be child safe (double brackets with a loop). However, they left it with so much give (about 5 feet of give) that it pooled onto the floor. Happy to share photos. I am a pediatrician and am quite familiar with how these cords should look in order to be safe. This was....the opposite.
