I purchased a large chandelier which has decorative heavy glass crystals incorporated into the design. The chandelier was installed in a ceiling approximatey 14’ above the floor in a large room. Soon after it was installed, crystals started falling from the chandelier to the ground. No one was in the room when it happened, but someone could have been injured if hit by a falling crystal.
