The product, in the report: 4 foot 12500 Lumen LED shop light

I purchased two Volt King 12,500 Lumen Shop Lights (stock number 348-5488) from my local Menards store on March 20, 2026. I installed them on my garage ceiling on March 30, 2026. While working in my garage on the evening of March 31st, one of the fixtures emitted a very bright flash of light (while on), a number of sparks, and a sound like a gunshot, though the light stayed on. I removed and disassembled the end of the fixture and found a large exploded electrolytic capacitor on the end of circuit board. I subsequently removed the other light and found that the same capacitor was too hot to touch and was very swollen after only 45 minutes of use.
