The product, in the report: Troy Lighting Prism 7-in W 1-Light Silver Leaf Modern/Contemporary Wall Sconce Wall mounted light with rectangular aluminum frame Beveled smoke crystal glass 5lbs https://www.lowes.com/pd/Troy-Lighting-Prism-7-in-W-1-Light-Silver-Leaf-Modern-Contemporary-Wall-Sconce/1002551998

I purchased two “Troy Lighting Prism 7-in W 1-Light Silver Leaf Modern/Contemporary Wall Sconce”. Upon opening the box, the fixture was wrapped in plastic. After unwrapping it, we turned it around to inspect it, and the large glass prism fell freely out of the metal bracket onto our countertop. The heavy glass broke and chipped our solid surface countertop. No screws were holding the glass in place. The glass weighs approximately 4-5lbs and is not secured, allowing it to fall out of the fixture easily. While cleaning up the glass, I received a small glass splinter in my finger. I reached out to Lowes and the manufacturer, and neither is fixing our countertop, and the sconce is still for sale on several websites. This is a dangerous light fixture.
