The product, in the report: Thomas Lighting two-light ceiling mount fixture in colonial bronze with etched glass SL8782-23

A Thomas Lighting flush mount (SL8782-23) two-light ceiling mount fixture in colonial bronze with etched glass (bronze glass) exploded when left on in a bedroom. The glass shattered without any warning or reason. I have 17 of this type of fixture in my house built by Heartland Homes in Pittsburgh, PA. Obviously an issue!
