The product, in the report: 4 - florescent light fixture Model #234SLESW PES120ST8-100SMT
I have 3 - 4’ florescent shop light fixtures all used to illuminate my garage. About a year ago one of them burnt up. I blew that off as an anomaly and threw it out. Last week a second one went up in smoke. Luckily they were hanging under a steel beam so nothing else started on fire. I de-commissioned the third one. I purchased them from Menards I don’t remember how long ago. They were made by: Power Electronics & Systems 2790 Skypark Dr # 110, Torrance, CA 90505, United States Model # 234SLESW PES120ST8-100SMT
