The product, in the report: OLC Lights Store Crystal Ceiling Chandelier Model 8800-19H
I purchased a product on AliExpress.com (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001975042781.html?spm=a2g0s.issue_5ptha.0.0.6c884c4d35lE05) on March 2021. The chandelier lights that arrived did not come with a ballast, causing serious electrical injury when attempting to install the light fixture. When contacting the vendor who is selling on AliExpress, he stated that he needed to see a “video” evidence of the installation. I presented picture evidence that the light fixture he sent me did not have a ballast. In addition, AliExpress’s dispute team advised to see a “video.” The seller and website’s request is unsafe as the electrical product does not have the proper safety protocols and may cause further physical harm and fire hazards. Please investigate and ensure these products are not entering the United States consumer market.
