The product, in the report: This is a Lowes Lola 9 light Golden Bronze Chandelier Item #240822 Model #24220
In approximately 2010 we purchase a Lowes Porfolio Lola 9 Light Chandelier Item #240822, Model #34330. On October 3rd, 2015, in the middle of the night this chandelier fell from the ceiling because the hanger loop at the top of the chandlier that connects to the chain gave way from what looks like metal fatigue. By looking on line this looks like it has happened before. I went to the Lowes store in Millsboro Delaware and they laughed at my suggestion for replacement. This is a faulty Chinese product and is dangerous. If someone or thing was below it when it fell it would have killed them.
