The product, in the report: Spiral Mutli Ceiling Light Minmalistic Metallic Staircase Suspension

We purchased a spiral chandelier - “Spiral Multi Ceiling Light Minimalistic Staircase Suspension” from Litfad for $468, we purchased the light as it was supposed to offer long-life (as LED), and have a low environmental profile (due to LED lights). We had the lights professionally installed, and within a couple of months, we had not one but two burnouts --- one with multiple LED’s fried. This caused flickering, the circuit breaker to be tripped, and caused smoke in one of the lights which caused the crystal to fog up and could have been a flame hazard. We alerted the company of this safety issue - and they said they would provide no support -- we want to warn other consumers of this companies unethical practives and unsafe products
