  1. No one hurt

Made Jan 16, 2019, sent to the company Feb 4, 2019, published by CPSC Feb 19, 2019

The product, in the report: home decorators, model # 16420, 4-light vanity light with tinted glass shades surrounding clear acrylic ball strands. back of wall plate says: Horizon Lighting Design & Manufacturer Co, LTD. Intertek 4007223, ETL Model: W0337-04, Date Code: 04/15. the builder of our house purchased the light so i don’t know anything about when or from whom it was purchased.

I was folding laundry in my laundry room (which is next to my bathroom) when the glass shade on our vanity light fixture fell and shattered into the bathroom sink, sending shards of glass flying all over the bathroom and even out into the hall. No one was in the bathroom at the time so no one was injured, however it took me hours to clean all the tiny shards of glass from every corner, rug, towel, etc in the bathroom as well as dig them out of the drains (2 sinks and the bathtub, which was next to the counter where the shade fell).
