The product, in the report: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hampton-7320-113-1-Hampton-Bay-15-Diameter-Flush-Mount-Ceiling-Light-Alabaster-Oil-Rubbed-Bronze/21584374

Went to change light bulb in fixture and discovered that coating on white wires was cracked in multiple places. The light fixture is only about 3 years and we had installed two others in our home. All three fixtures in our home had the exact same issue. These three fixtures were purchased at different times at two different Wal-Mart locations and none were over three years old. Our concern is that damage to the wire coating could pose a fire hazard in our home or the homes of other families who may have installed them. Wal-Mart still sells these lights: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Hampton-7320-113-1-Hampton-Bay-15-Diameter-Flush-Mount-Ceiling-Light-Alabaster-Oil-Rubbed-Bronze/21584374 We have replaced the fixtures in our home to be safe but kept them so the issue can be inspected.
