The product, in the report: George Kovacs (owned by Minka Group) P901-084 pendent lights and the corresponding Chandelier

We purchased 4 George Kovacs (owned by Minka Group) P901-084 pendent lights and the corresponding Chandelier from Lighting Etc. In Panama City Beach, Florida. Since we acquired them 2 years ago we have had 4 of the globes explode (different times and different globes over the 2 year period) sending shards of glass across our kitchen. We believe this is a serious defect. We checked to ensure the right bulb was in (wattage etc.) and that each one was installed correctly without fingerprints on the bulb (the bulbs are halogen). The bulbs are fine, it’s the white globes that appear to fail.
