Hurt, no treatment Made Nov 19, 2017, sent to the company Dec 12, 2017, published by CPSC Dec 27, 2017
The product, in the report: Home Decorators Collection 3-Light and 4-Light Comotti Vanity Fixtures
We purchased the 4-Light Comotti Vanity light fixture a couple years ago. love the look. Then we got the recall notification this past august. I filled out the online form and received a message Aug14 that it would take 4 weeks to get the replacement. Well it never came and around a week ago, one of the fixtures fell out just after my wife got out of the tub. Fragments and pieces everywhere including some that hit my wife and it scared the living heck out of her. Very upset. Not happy at all that we did not get the replacement. Went back in last week and re-registered for the replacement. I am reporting this to make record that we had a piece fall out too, and hopefully my wife is ok.
