The product, in the report: Lighting Fixture
Purchased a ceiling light fixture that was installed over our kitchen table. Aquarius Wave Adjustable Suspension light by Access Lighting. Installed by licensed electrician. Two days after installation in the evening the light fixture made a very loud noise and the glass shattered showering the kitchen table and the surrounding floor area with shards of glass. Severe injury could have occurred if we were all sitting at the table when it happened.
Retailer was contacted and they removed the light for further inspection.
