The product, in the report: white teapot lamp with hardwire from Anthropologie

We purchased a teapot lamp from Anthropologie that hangs from a cord that was installed in our kitchen about 4 months ago. This morning we turned the light on and it blew the bulb and made a horrible noise and shot sparks and burning materials all over the kitchen scaring my children and smoking up the room. I am thankful that I was home at the time because it could have been much worse. I turned off the light switch and found the bulb glass everywhere and the white lamp was black inside and the light guts fell out too. The wire wrap was fabric and burned too. Please recall this light it was very scary. We had a 60 watt bulb in the light.
