The product, in the report: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CQ2ZKZO/ref=cfb_at_prodpg?th=1
We purchased and installed these bulbs from Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CQ2ZKZO/ref=cfb_at_prodpg?th=1
After 2 months of use, we found that one of the bulbs was on fire in our garage. The ends of the bulb had melted, one side led to a fire in our light fixture. After reviewing customer reviews for this product, we found that other customers have experienced similar melting and fires.

Sunco Lighting 12 Pack A15 LED Bulb, 8W=60W, 4000K Cool White, Dimmable, 800 LM, E26 Base,
When a lightbulb makes you sick you know that you must return them and let others be aware of the problem. These bulbs emit a gas, aka outgas , from a material used in the production / assembly of the bulb, which made me nauseous and caused headaches. I don’t know if this was a problem for a certain production run but if you smell a odor I suggest you return them immediately for a return. I do not know if they are carcinogenic but I am not taking a chance.
