Good Afternoon [REDACTED], My name is [REDACTED], I am the Fire Marshal from the [REDACTED] Area Fire Authority. About a week and a half ago we had a small fire in a large commercial office building and discovered a fire in a recently (1-year) upgraded LED light bulb. The occupants did the right thing and shut the power off, exited and called 911. The owner of the building advised us that he has installed literally thousands of these bulbs through his many properties. He has contacted the manufacturer (I have included a contact card for them). We are very concerned about this and the potential. I am not sure if this is something you can investigate or even if this is an isolated incident. Let me know what you think.
