The product, in the report: T10 Incandescent Edison Bulbs Frosted 60W Sutton Double Sconce from Restoration Hardware
I recently installed 4 Sutton Double Sconces from Restoration Hardware and coordinating bulbs (T10 Incandescent Frosted 60W). On the first day after installation, one of the bulbs was flickering. When I went to tighten the bulb, the glass broke off from the base and started smoking. I disposed of the bulb and reported the issue to Restoration Hardware. A few weeks later, I turned on the lights and a bulb from a different sconce exploded. Glass shattered and the fixture was smoking.
