The product, in the report: ProLume compact fluorescent light bulb, white.
ProLume compact fluorescent light bulb cover/diffuser, which is part of the light bulb, fell off hitting the floor and shattering into many small and large shards of sharp glass. This is the second one to do this over a period of 3 months. The bulb still works, now it just doesn’t have the diffuser/cover on it. The cover looks to have been poorly glued on so it fell off. Thank you for your help. [REDACTED]
