The product, in the report: PacLights l00w Replacement, 17-watt Dimmable LED, Daylight Omnidirectional Omni100 Light Bulb, 1600 lumens, E26 Medium Base A21, UL Listed with Energy [ASIN: B00QJJ417E]

My Paclights 100 watt replacement 17 watt LED Daylight bulb after less than 15 months of service in a lamp has started to dim on it’s own. It is not on a dimmer switch. After about 2 minutes of being turn on the next day it went to dim and I turned it off. I was very surprised that this bulb was very hot to touch after being on only a few minutes. Had I been using a lamp shade it could have possibly ignited. I consider this product a “Fire Hazzard”. The lamp has plenty of ventilation and most of my house fixtures are currently of the LED type. None of them get hot. I’ve already alerted the supplier and AMAZON of this potential problem. Although my hand was slightly burned by the bulb, there was no lingering damage.
