The product, in the report: Bar code is 8 79939 00088 3. It is an Overdrive 60W Light Output, using 13 W bulb operating at 3500K. It is marked T2 Spiral GU24 CFL and 13W/0DSGU/35K Item # 088.
A GU24 CFL light bulb installed in the bathroom light fixture started to blink on an off. A few seconds later, it started to spark and smoke. Acrid, foul smelling fumes filled the bathroom. I was able to remove the light bulb, in order to avoid having a house fire.
