The product, in the report: LED bulbs Retailer: unknown. Caller bought bulbs from three different stores. Menards, Target, and Dollar General Purchase Date: Sometime between January - February 2017
Caller stated that while the ceiling light fixture was on for a few hours the led light bulb exploded shattering glass pieces all over the room. Fortunately no one was in the room at the time. The manufacturer was not contacted as yet.
Caller feels that the bulb is a safety hazard and should be reported.
