The product, in the report: Luminus 32W 48T8 LED replacement bulb for former fluorescent light fixture

This report is about a Luminus 32W / 48T8 LED (fluorescent tube replacement), with the notations “CUT0142 C302” “2200LM/4000K” and “LED Lamp 3UT1 E369635” under the logo. The bulb suddenly overheated at one end, melted its fitting, blackened the inside of the glass tube on that end. The glass then broke near the blackened part, releasing the tube which fell to the ground. The blackened end fell to a carpet below and the melted plastic fitting adhered to the carpet. There was a foul melted plastic smell throughout the house.
