The product, in the report: 25 Pack of plug and play (or so it was advertised) T8 Led Tube Light 22W 4FT/2FT Fluorescent Replacement Bulbs

On 2/13/18, I purchased a 25 Pack of plug and play (or so it was advertised) T8 Led Tube Light 22W 4FT/2FT Fluorescent Replacement Bulbs from [REDACTED] through EBAY ( [REDACTED] ) and over the next several months, installed about half of them On 10/8/19, fire broke out in a lighting fixture around 10:00 PM. A quick-thinking member used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire. He called 911 and me. When I got to the Satellite, the firemen were mopping up. I was told me that the flames were shooting out as if a flammable gas was being emitted from the fixture. I disconnected that power from the damaged fixture and installed wire nuts on all the wires. The fire ruined the fixture and caused other peripheral damage including damaged ceiling tiles, insulation. In addition we lost of use of the light, expended staff time in the late evening, fire department call out, electrician expense, bulb replacement, etc. The next morning, my electrician removed the fixture and we cleaned up the mess left by the fire department. My electrician reviewed all of the wiring and told us the problem was clearly with the bulbs. I immediately removed the remaining deployed LED bulbs from the same shipment and replaced them with name brand bulbs supplied by the electrician.
