The product, in the report: Compact fluorescent light bulbs
Hello,
I recently had two K-LITE brand light bulbs go out and start sparking ...the first one was emitting small flames from it! the second one probably would have had I not caught it early and turned the switch off...it did start emitting smoke. Aside from the obvious main issue- FIRE... they also were emitting dangerous mercury smoke fumes while they were burning! Had I not been in the room when the first one ignited and turned off the switch ..etc.. our house probably would have caught fire.
These are part #: FE-IISB-23W 2700K
*ATTACHED ARE PICTURES of the bulb that was burning....the glass tube was literally burning and smoldering!
