The product, in the report: General Electric Helical 13W 120VAC 60Hz 200mA light bulb.
General Electric Helical 13W 120VAC 60Hz 200mA light bulb. After a short several month use of this bulb, the bulb began to smoke and it started to flame and melt. I am very glad that we were home when this happened. This is a dangerous design. A fire started.
