The product, in the report: GE 100watt energy-efficient soft white (GE Halogen Technology) light bulb Made in Hungary SAP #1321086 UPC - 0 43168 66249 9 CTN HALA19472GECHUN-01 The Lowe’s SKU #396288
We had two GE energy-efficient soft white 100watt (GE Halogen Technology) light bulbs installed in a bath room light fixture above the mirror. While my oldest granddaughter (adult) was using the toilet one bulb suddenly exploded raining shards of glass on her and through out the room. There were no injuries, just glass all over. These bulbs were purchased recently at our local Lowes store and came 4 bulbs to a package. I have removed both bulbs and intend to return all of them to Lowes.
