The product, in the report: FEIT LED Filament light bulb
I purchased a package of 4 FEIT LED light bulbs from Costco . They are 5 Watt(40 W equivalent) clear filament globes. They are all in one multi-bulb fixture over a couch and had not been turned on for a few days. While sitting and reading nearby in daylight, without the light on, I heard a breakage of glass. I went to investigate and found pieces of the globe on the couch with the base still in the socket. I have not been able to remove it yet. Had my grandchildren been over, they may have been hit by the falling glass or I may have come home from work and sat on the glass. Again, the bulb was not even lit when this happened. The bulbs are about 3 months old.
