  1. Hurt, no treatment

Made Jun 8, 2020, sent to the company Jul 9, 2020, published by CPSC Jul 23, 2020

The product, in the report: Everyday Living energy saving halogen, 100 W, clear light bulbs, 1490 lumens of brightness. The package states that product was Made in Hungary, 72A/CL/H/2PK-EDL PC: 69773 98006375.

The light bulb was placed into a light fixture to replace another burned out bulb. It is a two bulb fixture with a conventional bulb on one side and the Everyday Living bulb on the other side. The bulb lasted one week. This AM I was sitting on the toilette when the Everyday Living bulb exploded and nearly started a fire. Glass flew everywhere including my head, shoulders, and arms. I sustained small superficial cuts which did not require emergency treatment.
