Light bulbs exploded in a ceiling light fixture. The bulbs were installed several months ago, last week one exploded with a loud bang, spraying glass across the dining table. The fixture has two bulbs, so I replaced one but left the other, thinking it was a freak accident. Today the other one poped, not as loud and violent but still throwing shards of glass across the room.
