The product, in the report: Eiko Fluorescent Light bulb
Our fire department responded to a reported fire in a business. We arrived and found fire on the ceiling. Fire was extinguished and it was discovered the paper backing on the insulation had ignited. There was a fluorescent light in the area of origin. The light had visible damage and soot on the fixture. Pictures were taken. The light was Eiko SP105/50/MED. As Fire Marshal, I determined the light bulb was the cause of the fire as there were no other sources of ignition in the area.
