The product, in the report: Model PAR30, manufactured by Lighting Science Group, date code L1011MX.
LED light bulb manufactured L1011MX. Model PAR30. This model has not been recalled but models with a lower volt have been recalled. One bulb caught fire and partially melted the bulb housing. We examined the other bulbs in our house. Four other have scorch marks and two have no burn or scorch evidence. Those two are in an area which has less use. Our local fire department has examined the partially melted bulbs and recommended immediate removal of all bulbs of the same model.
