The product, in the report: 6W LED Flame-Tip Candelabra Bulb - Clear Warm White, E12 Base Dimmable
I have a ceiling fan/chandelier in my study. While working at my desk, I heard a muffled explosion and saw a bright flash above and behind my head. I turned around to see one of the bulbs from the chandelier falling in flames from the light fixture. It landed on the bare wood floor and burned for 30 seconds or so before extinguishing itself. No one one was hurt, but in other circumstances (e.g. a rug or carpet, or papers on the floor) the results could have been catastrophic. I reported the incident to the manufacturer through their website, but have had no response.
